Silkhouse Apartments is a £2.5M development of 14 well-appointed and spacious apartments in Edinburgh.

Colorado Group was responsible for structuring the finance, managing the site acquisition, project design, and construction completing the project in September 2008.

The focus of the economic design is on creating high-quality finishes and a spacious environment. Internally our designers have given the apartments a strong contemporary feel, which is reflected throughout in the quality and aesthetics of the fixtures and fittings.

The apartments are now fully let and form a part of the Colorado Group's investment portfolio.
